We have noticed alot of our customers have a lot of the same questions so I have gathered up some of the most popular questions for you guys and answered them here on the blog.

Q: What does base price mean?
A: Each item listed on Facebook is "based" priced, this means that this is the minimun price that each item sales for but price can go up depending on the customization done to each particular item, if supply cost has gone up or if you will need the item shipped.
Q: Do you wrap items if they are for gifts and what is the cost?
A: ALL orders can be wrapped for FREE if they are wrapped in our buisness colors of Pink or Black. I can however wrap to a more specific theme, hoiliday or wish but there will be an additonal charge of $5 for smaller items and $10 for larger items.
Q: Can everything you offer be customized to fit my taste, theme, or colors?
A: OF COURSE! We love to make each item custom but if you like how it is pictured then we will be more than happy to do that also!
Q: What happens if you do not offer something that I am looking for?
A: We are open to all ideas and requests. If you have a request we ask you please try and be able to send a visual of what you are wanting so we can have a better idea. If this is not possible no worries we will walk through the whole process with you.
Q: What forms of payments do you take?
A: We accept paypal, money order, checks, cash, and all major credit cards!
Q: How long does the orders take to finish?
A: If you have a certain date that you need the orders by we ask that you let us know at the time of ordering. Some things take longer to make than others. If you do not have a specific time I try to get all orders completed within 2 weeks of the first payment.
Q: How does your pay work?
A: We ask that you try and pay for at least 1/2 of your order upfront before we will start on it. This is non refundable, and the other 1/2 of your order is due before you are handed your order or the order is shipped to you. This is for all of our sakes :)
Q: Do we get a recipt?
A: Yes! Each order will recieve a recipt with thier final order. If you decide after the last miute you do not want the order and you have paid your depsoit I will then send you a recipt for the payment that was made and applied towards your purchase.
Q: What if somthing comes up and I can not pay you right away?
A: I am more than happy to work with you if you are honest with me and tell me what is going on. As a mom of three, a student, a wife and a buisness owner I KNOW that somethings come up that require our attention and sometime our money first. Just let me know and arrangements can be made.
